Terrable product and awful customer service

I ordered this wine rack it arrived in good time but the quality of the product was terrable I can't shut and lock the door on it as the build quality is very poor and you can actually pull bottles of wine throught the door by putting your hand through.ive been offered to send the product back to znts and they said they would give me 50% of the original price back but not replace it so I would be 50% short how this is even an option is beyond me.so basically a Rip off company you have with terrable customer service

We offered you a complete replacement, we offered you 50% partial discount and we also offered you 80% credit voucher.
